Make Environmental Shifts:

Align Your Life to Anchor Identity

By the end of this lesson, you will:

  • Understand how your environment influences your ability to sustain identity

  • Identify specific environmental shifts to support your 90-day launch

  • Begin removing hidden friction and adding powerful alignment

  • Take one action now—and share it with tribe for accountability

STEP 1: Why Environment Matters More Than Willpower

“Environment shapes identity.”

Even if your mind and intentions change, your surroundings can:

Trigger old behaviors

Reinforce old rhythms

Block your momentum without you realizing it

Your environment is either supporting your becoming—or sabotaging it.

STEP 2: Audit Your Current Environment

Ask yourself:

Where is my current space supporting my new identity?

Where is it subtly pulling me back?

What habits, distractions, or physical setups no longer serve me?

→ Take 5 minutes to write down what stands out—emotionally, physically, digitally, relationally.

STEP 3: Identify 2–3 Environmental Shifts

Choose small, clear changes that anchor your brave identity and support your 90-day cycle.

Examples:

Clear a sacred space in your home for daily visioning or work

Delete apps or unfollow content that drains your focus

Post your I AM statement somewhere you’ll see it daily

Begin a land walk or grounding ritual every morning

Set up a weekly call or check-in with an aligned tribe member

Commit to Retreat or an in-person gathering to shift energetic environment

→ Write down your 2–3 environmental shifts and why each one matters.

STEP 4: Make It Real—Today

Pick one of your shifts and do it now or within the next 24 hours.

This action sends a signal to your body, your mind, and your future:

“I’m walking now. I live here now. I am becoming now.”

STEP 5: Post Your Shifts in Tribe

In the Telegram group, post:

→ “Here are the Environmental Shifts I’m making to support my new identity and 90-day cycle:

1) _________________

2) _________________

3) _________________”

Let your tribe witness your readiness—and support your becoming.

INTEGRATION PRACTICE

1) Each morning this week, pause and look around your space.

Ask:

“Does this space reflect who I’m becoming?”

Make one small change that brings your answer closer to YES.

2) Post in Telegram:

→ “Here are the Environmental Shifts I’m making…”

Then comment on someone else’s post with encouragement or an idea.

This builds collective energy and shared momentum.
