STEP 1: See Why Most People Get Stuck

Most Dream Life creators either:

Think too big (5-year master plan → overwhelm → freeze)

Think too small (just today's to-do list → no real direction)

And both patterns lead to the same thing:

Spinning. Starting. Stopping. Questioning. Burning out.

STEP 2: Discover the Power of 90-Day Cycles

A 90-day cycle gives you:

Enough time to create real, visible change

Enough focus to stay present, flexible, and responsive

A built-in rhythm of action → reflection → reset

STEP 4: Prepare Mentally for Your Next Cycle

Journal Prompt:

What old pattern have I used in the past? (Perfectionism? Random action? Waiting?)

How might this 90-day rhythm create more peace, progress, and clarity for me?

Let yourself get excited. This rhythm is not pressure. It’s freedom.

STEP 5: Name What You Want to Lock In

As you prepare for your next 90-day cycle, begin asking:

What part of my Dream Life am I most ready to activate?

What identity shift do I want to reinforce?

What brave step has been whispering to me?

You don’t need full clarity yet—just start noticing the energy.

INTEGRATION PRACTICE

Say this aloud every morning this week:

“Momentum is not about speed. It’s about aligned, consistent action from my core values toward my embodied vision.”

Let this become your rhythm—not just in this course, but in your life.
