You don’t need to “do it all.” You need to do what matters—well.
1) Primary Focus Pillars (1–2 max)
→ Where you will take bold, meaningful, identity-shifting action)
2) Support Pillars (1–2)
→ Light progress, small tasks, learning or maintenance
3) Breathing Pillars (the rest)
→ You intentionally let them rest and trust their time will come
Draw three columns in your journal or use your workbook template: Primary / Support / Breathing.
→ Write your 1–2 Primary Focus Pillars.

“Breathing pillars” are not forgotten. They’re honored in their right timing.
→ List the remaining pillars as “Breathing.”

And how can I let the rest breathe in peace?”
This helps you move forward without pressure and stay rooted in your new identity.
2) Post in Telegram:
“Here’s how I’m stacking my pillars this cycle:

This rhythm already feels more peaceful and focused.”
