Even if your mind and intentions change, your surroundings can:
Your environment is either supporting your becoming—or sabotaging it.
→ Take 5 minutes to write down what stands out—emotionally, physically, digitally, relationally.
Examples:
→ Write down your 2–3 environmental shifts and why each one matters.
This action sends a signal to your body, your mind, and your future:
“I’m walking now. I live here now. I am becoming now.”
→ “Here are the Environmental Shifts I’m making to support my new identity and 90-day cycle:
1) _________________
2) _________________
3) _________________”
Let your tribe witness your readiness—and support your becoming.
Ask:
“Does this space reflect who I’m becoming?”
Make one small change that brings your answer closer to YES.
2) Post in Telegram:
→ “Here are the Environmental Shifts I’m making…”
Then comment on someone else’s post with encouragement or an idea.
This builds collective energy and shared momentum.
