Write down: What have I been waiting for? What is one thing I could do anyway—today?
1) Pause and notice it
2) Say silently (or aloud): “I hear you, fear—but I don’t follow you.”
3) Take one small brave action anyway
Even a 10% shift breaks the pattern.

Here’s how I’m choosing to walk anyway: ___________.”
This does two things:
Then say this aloud:
“I may not feel ready. But I am willing. I walk now.”
